Valvoline Instant Oil Change at 13904 U.S. 74, Indian Trail, North Carolina.

Trying to up sale me items I don't need, just came in for an inspection. Also tried to up sale two other customers before me, bad business practice, and employees that don't know the law about windshield wiper blades.
19A NCAC 03D .0536 WINDSHIELD WIPER
Windshield wipers shall not be approved if:
(1) The vehicle is not equipped with a windshield wiper or wipers, provided the vehicle has a windshield.
(2) The wiper or wipers do not operate freely.
(3) The wiper controls are not so constructed and located that the driver may operate them.
(4) The wiper or wipers are not adequate to clean rain, snow and other matter from the windshield.
(5) Parts of blades or arms are missing or show evidence of damage.

Got an oil change here Sunday. Monday morning I had a basketball size oil puddle in my driveway. Mistakes happen. The most frustrating part is this team's response. While they were willing to correct the oil filter leak and refill the oil, they have been unresponsive about any type of refund and do not seem concerned about keeping my business. I'm getting shuffled around to different people who don't have authority to make decisions. I've been to this location multiple times before but this experience is very disappointing. I'll update this review if they step up to make this situation right.
