Tuesday evening I came to get my eye lashes extended. While I was waiting, two customers who were receiving services became upset with one of the workers who was being rude and condescending towards them. Eventually the owner came out, not to apologize, but to defend the actions of his employee. He didn't even care to hear their views on the matter and tried to place the blame on them. The same worker began doing my lash extensions. I thought everything would go smoothly until she was about to start on me without changing her gloves. I asked her about the gloves and she apologized saying that never happened before. She kept stopping while she was working with me to talk to people who wanted to have services done and glued my eyes together multiple times. I expressed to her that I'd just return in the morning being that I needed to be somewhere. And she only put 2 on (she actually had to remove one). I figured she needed time to gather herself from the argument she had before me. So the next morning I woke up with the lash she put on missing. I'm a light sleeper so there shouldn't have been a reason why it came off. But I decided to go back and have her do the service I requested. During the time she glued my eyes together multiple times and continued to stop while working with me. In the end, I was satisfied with the look of the lashes until the next morning when a few were moving and sticking up. When I returned to get the situation rectified , I explained to the owners wife and another employee what happened. The worker asked if I wanted her to fix them or remove them. I told her that I needed them to last since I was going to be out of town for an extended period of time and she informed me that they weren't going to last that long so I asked her to remove them. When she was able to remove most of them (a few were really hard to come off) she told me that it'll be $5 and I was fine with paying that. When the owner's wife checked me out, I asked her would I get some of my money back from when I paid originally and she informed me that I wouldn't get anything back since I had them removed!! What kind of business wouldn't refund you your money when their service didn't do what was intended??!! Was it my fault that the worker didn't install the lash extensions correctly? And once again, the owners made their customers feel like it was our problem that their worker didn't do what she was paid to do! I will never return to this place ever again!
